Our first stop on the way to Utah (aside from all of the little stops you have to make on your way out of town) was the Hoover Dam. It looks like it won't be much longer until the new bridge that bypasses the dam is ready. It should cut down on our travel time when it is finished. 
We had fun checking it out but mostly I think we were just glad to get out of the car.
