Aaron's 5!

I can't believe my baby is 5!!!
We celebrated Aaron's 5th birthday a little early this year
in order to space it further from Christmas.
Here is his party invitation.

He invited three of his favorite friends (Zane, Hannah and Danna) to his party!

he had a yummy cake . . .



he wore a special birthday crown made by Aubree . . .

and he opened lots of great presents. 

Then today, December 18th, (his actual birthday)
I made him breakfast in bed (oatmeal, a cutie and some hot chocolate) . . .

and in the evening we had ice cream with a candle and sang to him again.

It was 5 years ago that we were here . . .

This picture below was taken in the hospital in the exact same spot we took it 5 years ago when we were coming home from the hospital with him for the first time.  (We did not make a special trip for this photo, I actually had a doctor's appointment here).
