Last summer we started the tradition of coming to Utah by way of Moab.
We did it again this year. It takes about 8 hours and we stay the night there
with a family Neil knew when he lived there.
Then we drive the rest of the way the next day.
This time we did a night hike instead of Arches.
I was worried that there would not be enough light to take pictures,
but we were able to get a few.
It's so beautiful here.

At the end of the hike there is a pool of water.
By the time we got there it was pretty dark though, so we couldn't stay long.
We ended up running most of the way back because it was so dark.
This hike is one of my favorites and I will have to remember it for next year.
