Vision Therapy

We took Aaron to a different eye doctor to get a second opinion.

They checked his eyes and said that he probably would need surgery again,

but said he would need to have vision therapy before and after the surgery.

The surgery either loosens or tightens the muscle (depending on which type of surgery is done)

but it doesn't train the brain to use the eye.

Here's Aaron waiting patiently for the doctor to come in.

They gave him some special glasses for him to wear while they checked his depth perception.

Which, by the way, makes him look so cool!

Here they are giving him his test.

The doctor has put him back in glasses again and we also have to patch his eye again.

Here's his new glasses (actually, just new lenses, we are using his same frames as before).

He's so handsome!!!
