Neil, in honor of your 32nd birthday, here are 32 things we love about you . . .

1. You are service oriented and are always willing to help out others.

3. You have a beautiful smile and brush and floss your teeth every night.
   
4. You are not picky at all when it comes to food and eat everything I make. Even the meals I make that are not so good you eat it up!
5. You are very happy and optimistic.
   
6. You take me out on dates.
   
7. You are dedicated to the Gospel and always share it with others.
   
8. I am amazed at your dedication to anything that you set your mind to do.
   
9. You are "Mr. Mom" and take care of all of the home responsibilities on the nights I am at work after putting in a full days work yourself.
   
10. You are very talented musically-singing and piano.
    
11. You are a hard worker.
    
12. You are a pilot with over 1300 hours flying experience.

About a week ago I told the kids we were going to do a fun surprise for you on your birthday. I told them we were going to go to your work and decorate your truck with balloons and signs. They were so excited about it all week and kept telling you they had a surprise for you but they couldn't tell you what it was. Andrew said one day this week, "Dad, I can't tell you what we are going to put in your truck it is a secret." Luckily they were able to keep it a secret all week.

So . . . today I got the kids up really early and got them ready for school. We first headed to the store to pick up a yummy birthday cupcake to put in your truck. Then we headed to the airport. We got out the signs we made, the streamers and the balloons. The kids climbed in the back of the truck and started going to town with streamers, balloons, signs and tape. They had a good time and were so excited! We got the truck all ready and then had to head to drop Aubree and Andrew off at school. We made it to Aubree's school and were only 10 minutes late. Not bad for all we had to do and the hour drive round trip. I think it was a good memory for the kids and I know you were definitely surprised!
